Long cutting table in striped morning louver light

Louver Loft · Little India

Campaign architecture before the first note is played

Write the score before it is played.

Read the six disciplines on the stave

Striped light moves across the cutting table before ten o'clock. From the second storey you can hear the five-foot way waking below — shutters, a trolley, someone sweeping tiled steps. The boards on the long wall still carry yesterday's pencil marks.

That is the scene we work from. Not a metaphor for speed. Just the room as it is when a brief arrives.

The problem on most briefs is not lack of ideas. It is lack of order. Messages stack up without a hierarchy. Channels multiply before anyone agrees what the campaign is trying to say. Production starts while the score is still blank.

AdSwift Haven exists to write that score first. We are a campaign architecture and brand-communications studio on Dunlop Street — a second-storey loft with timber louvers, a long cutting table, and a wall for pinned boards. Founders, brand leads, and product marketers come here when they need coherent structure before media work begins across Singapore and APAC.

Six disciplines on one stave

m.01
Positioning frame
4/4 · one page · pencil first

We read what the product actually is before anyone writes a headline. Read the full stave.

m.02
Message hierarchy
3/4 · layered · margin marks

Most briefs arrive with too many messages and no order. Read the full stave.

m.03
Campaign architecture
6/8 · seasonal · scored

Channels are treated as movements, not a checklist. Read the full stave.

m.04
Brand narrative
2/2 · steady · one voice

Narrative work here is the through-line across touchpoints — how the story opens, what repeats, what changes by channel without breaking tone. Read the full stave.

m.05
Art direction notes
5/4 · visual · restrained

Art direction is written before shoots and design sprints, not after. Read the full stave.

m.06
Copy craft
4/4 · line by line

Copy is drafted to the hierarchy and revised at the table. Read the full stave.

Three ways teams begin

What leaves the loft

Every engagement ends in writing. Not a folder of unexplained decks — documents someone else can execute.

  • Positioning frame — one page, hierarchy marked
  • Message hierarchy sheet with example lines
  • Campaign architecture document with timings
  • Channel copy packs in en-SG British spelling
  • Art direction notes tied to approved hierarchy
  • Revision marks and sign-off record

Studio note

We work with Singapore B2B software companies, consumer brands expanding in APAC, and product teams launching revised propositions. Each engagement is scoped in words — advisory, project, retainer, or working sprint — never with a figure attached on this site.

The method is consistent: scene on the table, problem named on the brief, work scored in order, deliverables typed and handed over. That rhythm is why the loft keeps a kettle in the corner and a steel ruler on the table. The tools are ordinary. The order is not.

Little India is not a backdrop. Dunlop Street sits between Campbell Lane and the Serangoon Road fringe — shophouses, textile shops, late-morning foot traffic. Clients walk up the tiled stairwell, pass the timber doorway, and sit where the louver light falls. Conversations start with what is on the brief, not with a credentials parade.

If your team already has an agency for production, we still add value at the architecture layer. We write the hierarchy your partners execute. We attend production reviews as note-takers, not as competing vendors. The goal is one coherent campaign language, not another deck in the chain.
