The sill

Post arrives at the sill each morning — briefs, marked PDFs, printed boards sent by courier. There is no form on this site by design. Reach us by phone, email, or post during hours.

Mail is read by the campaign lead on weekday mornings. If you email before noon, expect a reply the same day when the loft is not in a full score build. After hours, post waits on the sill until the next sitting.

A first conversation usually covers what is on the brief, who approves copy, and whether you need a first reading or a full season at the table. We do not schedule discovery calls through widgets — you write, we reply, you visit if useful.

Directions: From Little India MRT (NE7/DT12), walk west toward Dunlop Street — about eight minutes through the shophouse rows. Farrer Park MRT (NE8) is slightly farther north; allow ten minutes. Buses along Serangoon Road and Jalan Besar stop within five minutes on foot. Look for the tiled stairwell; the studio is #02-01 above the five-foot way.
